Due to the high demand of appointments and out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. If insufficient notice is given you will be required to pay in advance for future appointments. If the appointment is likely to take more than 3 hours (the big jobs), we will require non-refundable deposit at the time of booking (which will be taken off your total cost of your appointment, once completed) and will require 72 hours notice of change or cancellation. If 72 hours is not given you will lose your deposit. Thank you for understanding.
Running late? Please call us to let us know as we may not have time before our next client turns up. So in fairness to others, please call us if you are running late. More than 15 minutes may mean we have to reschedule your appointment, especially in busy times such as Christmas and Weekends.
